<span itemprop="description">Bought these primarily for video conferences, and boy what a surprise. Will get to that in a minute. Excellent sound, microphone is wired (so would give 4.5/5) but works very well, and extremely comfortable. Room/ambient noise is very well excluded even though these sit on your ears. Now to the surprise - when paired to my computer or phone (you can pair 2 devices, pairing was seamless) music playback is phenomenal!! I mean outstanding. These rival my Etymotics for sound, but far more ear friendly. They rival my Grado (on-ear) and even my Focal (over-ear) audiophile cans. For a portable, wireless set of headphones, I was really impressed.</span>

No problems connecting to both Apple and Android product. Another win for AKG and Harmon. I own a pair of legacy pair of K240's from my studio days and these compare well enough to them.</span>

<span itemprop="description">For the price point these are excellent BT headphones. The build quality is excellent and I find the fit to be comfortable, and when I move my head they don’t move around excessively. The controls are fairly easy to access once I got accustomed to their location. Pairing the BT to my Apple devices was seamless and once paired, they worked flawlessly! The stand alone sound quality is very good when listening to music. The highs and mid range are excellent, but the bass quality is average. I installed an equalizer on my devices in order to tailor the sound more to my liking. For working with my laptop, they are perfect for me! The only real complaint I have is with the instruction manual that’s largely in other languages which left me searching for the English portions! However, it’s pretty straight forward and the illustrations are clear. For working with computers and casual listening, I highly recommend this product.</span>

In regards to the phone charger, again we would not recommend using it, as the voltage is different and it can damage your headphones, we recommend only using the original charger via USB. you can buy a usbc to jack converter, but why not just connect by bluetooth? I use mine all the time this way.

Please try to reset the earphones if this can help fix the problem. To reset, move the ON/OFF button against the spring load button to the opposite position of the OFF position, and keep it there for 4- 5 seconds. Now the BT system is reset.
