HUB 4000 Q - HiQnet™ Ethernet Interface The HUB 4000 Q shall allow up to eight AKG devices to be integrated into a HiQnet™ system. The AKG Devices can be connected to the HUB 4000 Q with eight RJ11 connectors. The connection to the HiQnetTM network is provided with one RJ45 connector via a standard CAT-5 Ethernet cable. For use in larger wireless systems, multiple HUB 4000 Qs can be connected to a HiQnet™ network using standard Ethernet switches (or routers, wireless routers…). The AKG devices connected to the HUB 4000 Q shall be controlled from a PC using the control software System Architect™ developed by Harman Pro. (For details visit http://www.akg.com/ or http://hiqnet.harmanpro.com/) With the intuitive user interface of the AKG HiQnet plug-in of System Architect the wireless system can be configured and monitored easily and quick. With the help of the Tool Device Manager the Frequency Management of the wireless system can be setup and proofed easily and an environment scan or an auto setup can be performed. 10 LEDs show the datatransfer to and from the HUB 4000 Q. The HUB 4000 Q supports the professional wireless microphone system WMS 4000/4500 and the professional in ear monitoring system IVM4.
