Built by the great Austrian architect Lucas von Hildebrand and decorated with frescos by the most famous painter of the late Baroque, Franz Anton Maulbertsch, the Piarist Church of Maria Treu in Vienna is considered one of the most architecturally significant Baroque churches in the Austrian capital. The designers’ task was to install an inconspicuous sound system that should be as flexible and easy to use as possible.
