Falco Tribute Concert in Vienna's cult discotheque U4

Long time partner AKG guarantees the world famous „Falco Sound“

On February 19th Hans Hoelzel (better known as Falco, the man who sang hit song “Rock Me Amadeus”) would have celebrated his 50th birthday. Since Austria’s world famous pop star tragically died in a car accident in the Dominican Republic on 6 February 1998, it’s his friends who will give a fantastic birthday party as a tribute to the great singer and musician.

On February 21st and 22nd friends of Falco will hold a Tribute Concert in Vienna's cult discotheque U4 (Falco’s favorite discotheque).  AKG, the most innovative manufacturer of microphones, wireless systems and headphones in the world, supports the “Falco50@U4Live" Tribute Concert exclusively.

The Falco Tribute Concert will reunite the original band of Falco including famous musicians Thomas and Bernhard Rabitsch, who will be playing with other local music stars. None will bring back Falco, but the Tribute Concert will honor Falco’s achievements and entertain the crowd with new arrangements of classic Falco songs. AKG is proud to support these musicians in the celebration of Falco and has donated a WMS 4000 wireless microphone system, the most advanced and innovative professional wireless system available today, and brand-new MicroMics C 518 miniature microphones for the concert.
