	At INFOCOM 2008 AKG announced the new D 7 Vocal Microphone which delivers highest audio performance to musicians for vocal performances. Due to AKG’s patented Laminated Varimotion diaphragm technology, the D 7’s response is fine tuned without extra tuning resonators. With custom-built capsule mounting, a spring steel wire-mesh grill and a heavy all-metal body, the D 7 is a durable and reliable microphone solution for the active demands of live musicians. “We have designed the D 7 microphone for musicians that require something special and exclusive. The new acoustical designed inner windscreen makes you feel more secure in live use, and the precision metal dust filter provides a consistent objection to the diaphragm.
