Born in Liverpool, England, he played with many international big-name artists including Matt Bianco, Precious Wilson, Jonathan Butler, and toured with Keith Washington Shakatak, James Galway, Shirley Bassey, and Dionne Warwick.

Appearing as a star guest during an extremely popular German TV show, he enchanted millions of viewers with his amalgamate of soul, funk, and jazz, building a large following in Germany, too.
