Hi,
If you take a look to the backside of the capsule you have to find the digit "18" followed by a alphabetic character and another digit. Then you can be sure that it is the right one. ( the capsule can be carefully detached from the baffle if needed - it is only stucked in ).

kind regards

Hi,

I also have the same problem.

What is different between 2030Z0018 and 2058M0702?

I have 2 different edition of K240DF, but their sound are different.

The old one doesn't have any mark in capsule, but the side holes around the capsule are bigger than the new one.

I afraid that I put the wrong capsule to make the left and right side's sound different.

Hi Skillzero008,

2030 Z 0018 is the capsule alone.
2058 M 0702 is the capsule plus the disc where it is mounted.
The capsule itself has been produced always on the same quality level and had always the same frequency response and sensitivy. A different sound can also occour when other parts like inner foams or earpads are aging.

kind regards
