2 brand new WMS 450 D5

Hi,

I'm really new to this microphone so please bare with me. I'm trying to setup my first karaoke system and with the system I have 2 brand new WMS 450 D5. Right out of the box, only 1 mic will work. If I try to turn the second one on then there is major noises and feedback. I'm assuming because they are set to the same channel and frequency. The manual that came with it is pretty much useless, it does not tell me how to change anything. Can someone please help me to change the channel or do whatever it takes to make them work together.

I've been messing around for a couple hours and I'm not sure what I did but now both are working anymore. I think I tried changing the frequency or something. Can you help me by giving me step by step to reset it?

Dear Andy,

If you refer to Page 23, 24 and 25 from the user manual you will be guided step by step how to setup the proper frequencies on the handhelds and how to transmit them to the receiver.
