Hey, all just found this forum and upon doiung search i could not find a relateed topic so i created one.
I would appreciate any help/advice from fellow users.
I have a matched pair of C568EB's and one firstly needed a bit more gain to work, but still after you could not hear the depth of the mic fully.
I have opened the mic and discovered that  the capsule is loose ( the black bit on the left Smiley). It can be moved left and right, and a bit in and -out. After pressing (just a little) the capsule to the circuit borad and putting the mic back again, it sounds fine till i take the mic in my hand and move it fast and repeatedly (the capsule probably ''pops'' out??). I have been trying to find a schematics for that mic to see how is the capsule mounted at the factory, but sadly with no luck.
My questions are:
how can i securely and permamently mount the capsule to the board ? and how was it mounted at the factory(soldered?)
If it was soldered can i just re-solder it myself, or am i able to do any diy on it ?
I could give it for repair, but theres no service points here in Ireland.
Again thanks for all of your help and interest!
Marek

Hi,

the capsule of your C 568 is mounted to the board with a screw and a chopperdisc.
The service document can be found here :
