Was wondering if anyone is using the 701's for gaming?
I am thinking about buying a set of these, and wondering how they are?

I think the K701/2s are outstanding for gaming. I have been using the K702s for a couple of years on an Xbox 360 equipped with an astro mixamp. The K702 and K701 have similar if not identical sound. The primary difference is color (701 = white, 702 = dark blue), and that the K702 has a detachable cable. For me the K702 provides the best 3D positioning characteristics of the headphones I have tried (including Beyer DT880, another competitor 595, Beyer MMX 300 and Senn PC 360 headsets).
