Hey there,

i bought the K450 in Taiwan and cant find my receipt anymore so i cant make use of the guaranty anymore. now i have the problem that one side of the headphones is not working anymore (the one, where the cable connects). so if you press around on that side sometimes you here the music coming through so i think its not completely broken and i want to try to fix it. does anybody know how i can open the headphones without doing to much to them?

I am having the same problem with my left side speaker no sound. It stoped working on a flight while watching a film. Any help will be appreciated or a manual on how to open the case so i can check for broken wires etc.

Haven't work since day one.
I tried different cable, equipment, but nothing...right side doesn't work

If you have problems with your headphone and you still have warrenty then please contact your local dealer for a warrenty exchange.
