I'm a french user of AKG's headphone, the k416p model, since I bought an iPod, 3 years ago.
I was totally satisfied about it, great design, great sound, it was perfect for me. I told my brother to buy one because it was good quality.
But this summer, the headphone began to fall into the dark side.
Cables show weakness signs. I don't know why! I always put the headphone in its little bag. I take care of it! (because 80euros is quite hard for me)
But here is the result :

Sorry, but I don't think that it's normal for an as expensive headphone as this AKG.
And it's not finish!
The headphone was working.
But a month ago, the left side was working only if I move the cable. But now it's definitively dead.
What can I do ? Buy another ? No, thanks, I will change, I'm disappointed about it.
I was thinking that AKG was good, but now, my judgment has changed.
