Warranty problems (AKG K 324 P)

Hi,

I had to sent in my AKG K 324 P because of reduced volume in the left earphone. But what I got are new AKG K 330. So my questions are:

1.) Are the AKG K 324 P not in production anymore?
2.) If they are still being produced: Can I  use my warranty here in Germany to get a pair instead of the K 330?
