I own an older model 240 headphone.  Not sure if it is a "K" or some other model, but they don't have the gold plated stereo mini jack with adapter.  It just ends in a 1/4 inch stereo plug.  It's probably 12 years old.  Only the left side doesn't work.  I own 4 pair that have worked beautifully for many years.  I have always been able to repair them, this is the first time it hasn't been an easy fix.

I checked the solder joints and found something that was disconnected and resoldered that but that didn't do it.  Is there a schematic to tell me how to remove the inner pieces to get to the end of the red wire to see if that's broken?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ross
