271 Studio slight problem with right speaker

I have got a little problem with my 271 Studio headphones. When I play more bass at higher level there appears some click or crack in right speaker. It only happens when some low frequencies are reproduced. The crack is very slight but makes me irritated, because of distracting. I got Mackie Onyx console which thru I route signals from my RME sound card. It has never happened before (not on previous headphones), so I suspect that the problem lies in headphones themselves. Could it be a case of impedance? But my mixer is compatible with most of impedances. Or is it just a default of my 271 model? Write some suggestions.
